- Mail Orders
SaxTrax welcomes your mail order. Feel free to specify the title(s) you would like to order on a plain sheet of paper. Illinois residents please add 10% sales tax (effective 1/01/12). To cover shipping and handling via USPS Priority Mail, add $5.20 for 1-2 CDs or tapes; $5.95 for 3 or more CDs or tapes. Enclose a check or money order payable to SaxTrax, Inc. And send your order to the following address: SaxTrax, Inc., 3223 Lake Avenue, Unit 15C, PMB #314, Wilmette, IL 60091-1074. All orders will be filled promptly. Personal checks require five (5) days to clear.
- Return Policy
We appreciate your business and stand behind everything we sell. There is a thirty-day return priviledge for anything you purchase from us--for any reason.
Every shipment contains information on where you should return product, if that becomes necessary. We shall gladly refund your entire purchase price. We cannot, however, return original shipping charges.
- Security Statement
You can order with complete confidence. We also respect your privacy. We will never divulge your name and/or address to outside parties or sell the information to outside mailing lists. All transactions on our website are secure using SSL technology that encrypts all ordering information going to and from our store, therefore no outside parties can read the transmitted data.
In addition to SSL, SaxTrax.com protects its encryption by utilizing a Geotrust Security Certificate. A digital certificate is an electronic ID tag passed between a server and a browser that verifies the identity of parties involved in a transmission or transaction.
- Order Delivery
Unlike other online stores SaxTrax lists on the site only those items we have in stock. You will not have to wait weeks (or months) for delivery. We promise to ship your order quickly. Orders will go out within two (2) business days of when we have accepted your payment. In the rare instance that we cannot ship your order within five days, we will notify you and offer you the choice of agreeing to delayed
delivery or requesting an immediate refund. SaxTrax relies on USPS Priority Mail, which assures you of prompt delivery. Shipping charges will be $5.20 for 1-2 CDs and $5.95 for 3 or more CDs. No matter what the size of your order, you will never pay more than $5.95 for shipping. Orders totaling over $75 in merchandise get insured at no extra charge.
We make every effort to pack your order properly. If you need a replacement
CD jewel case for one that has been damaged in shipping, please call us
at 773-316-6968 and leave your name and address. We will gladly
send you a replacement at no charge.
- Cancellation Policy
SaxTrax accepts American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card via PayPal. If you wish to cancel your order, please call 773-316-6968, or email us at SaxTrax@juno.com .
We will notify you via e-mail or phone whether your order has already left
our warehouse. If it has not, we will cancel your order and credit card
charge. If your order has already been sent, you must return the product
before we can credit your account. We will then credit your account for
the amount of the purchase minus shipping costs.
- International Orders
Unfortunately, because of licensing agreements, we regret that we can accept orders from the United States and Canada only.
- Sales Tax
All orders shipped to an Illinois address require us to collect an 10% Sales Tax (effective 01/01/12).
